Innovations International Charter School of Nevada enjoys celebrating the talent and diversity of our students, for the third year. In doing this, we share the talents of our students with the community showing our support and appreciation for what the Las Vegas Valley has to offer. Yearly, members of the school march in the parade to celebrate the life and accomplishments of Martin Luther King Jr. As well as our general student population marching, we have our parents, teachers, martial arts team, drum line, step team, and cheerleaders.
Innovations International Charter School of Nevada is pleased to announce the building of its new elementary playground. On February 6, 2008, in partnership with Unilever and KaBoom, two hundred volunteers, parents, staff, and students came together to build our children the Playground of their Dreams. Our extreme playground makeover also included the community assistance of Vons, Lowes, Anderson Dairy, and Home Depot as well. All of our community partners believe that part of educating children is the social interaction and the importance of play. With their assistance, our students are now able to play as well as obtain physical fitness each day. Thank you seems to be such a small thing to say for such a lot of support, but Thank You all of our friends and supporters for making this happen for our school.

Twenty-two UNLV nursing students have a unique opportunity to assist a fledging charter school with health-related issues this fall.
Students enrolled in the Population-Focused Care in the Community course at UNLV are helping students and staff at the Innovations International Charter School of Nevada, a K-12 school located in the Sunrise area.
